RESOLUTION NO. 3380
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
PACIFIC COAST CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, A CALIFORNIA CORPORA-
TION, AND FOREST KNOLLS LAND COMPANY, A coRPORATION --
CHESTNUT AVENUE-HILLSIDE BLVD. IMPROVEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the execution of that certain a~reement dated the fifth day of February 1962, by and
between the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, and Pacific Coast
Construction Company, a California corporation, and Forest Knolls Land Company, a
corporation, is hereby authorized, and the Mayor of said City is further authorized,
to execute said a~reement on behalf of the City of South San Francisco, and City
Clerk attests his. signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the fore~oin~ resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held on the
5th day of February, 1962, by the fotlowin~ vote:
