HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 3391-1962RESOLUTION NO. 3391 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ATTORNEY OF RECORD TO EXECUTE STIPULATION FOR ENTRY OF JUDGMENT LITTLEFIELD - KIMBALL AVENUE PROJECT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that John E. Lynch of the law firm of Wilson, Harzfeld, Jones & Morton, attorneys of record with the City Attorney of the City of South San Francisco, for the City of South San Fran- cisco, in that certain action entitled CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO v. SWIFT & COMPANY, et~ al, Action No. 95215, in the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of San Mateo, be, and he is, hereby authorized and directed to execute a stipulation for Judgment for the takin~ of the easement for street purposes across Parcel No. IA, as more particularly described in said condemnation proceedinq, for the sum of $1,020.00, and to execute and deliver all of the documents and to take all ac- tion necessary to complete the acquisition of said Parcel iA, owned by defendants HARRY R. HUMBERT AND MARION T. HUMBERT. IT IS FURTKER RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer is authorized and hereby directed to draw his warrant, payable to the County Clerk, in the sum of $340.00, which represents the difference between the security deposit and the a~reed award for the ac- quisition of the parcel aforesaid, and deliver said warrant to the attorneys of record, Wilson, Harzfeld, Jones & Morton, 630 North San Mateo Drive, San Mateo, California.
