RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT
TO CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Grant of Easement, dated
January 30, 1962 , whereby Forest Knolls Land Company
give and grant to said City of South San Francisco the real property therein des-
cribed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed
to cause said Grant of Easement, together with a certified copy of this Resolution,
to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the
19th day of February, 1962, by the following vote:
