A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF MUNICIPALLY
OWNED PROPERTYAND EXECUTION OF DEED THEREFOR
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco is the owner of all that certain
real property described in that Grant Deed dated 19th day of FeBruary, 1962 , and
WHEREAS, it is deemed advantageous to, and in the best interest of, the citi-
zens of South San Francisco and for the common benefit to transfer said property to
Forest Knolls Land Company, a corporation, said transfer bein~ made pursuant to an
a~reement between City, Forest Knolls Land Company and Pacific Coast Construction Com-
pany dated the 5th day of February, 1962.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that said City shall execute and deliver the Grant Deed dated the 19th day
of FeBruary , 1962, wherein City transfers the parcels of land therein described to
Forest Knolls Land Company, a corporation, reservin~ an easement therein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City be, and he hereby is, auth-
orized to execute the aforementioned Deed on behalf of said City, and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest to same and to affix thereto the corporate seal of said City.
I hereby certify that the fore~oin~ resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held this 19th day
of February, 1962, by the folloWin~ vote:
