A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO FILE A NOTICE OF ABANDONMENT OF
CONDEMNATION ACTION, AND STIPULATION IN THE EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEED-
ING PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA ET. AL. VS. PACIFIC COAST
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY ET. AL. NO. 88987
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute and file a Notice of
Abandonment of Condemnation Action, and Stipulation in which defendants waive claims
for cost disbursements and damages and secure an order abandoning said eminent domain
action entitled "The People of the State of California et. al., vs. Pacific Coast Con-
struction Company et. al., No. 88987 , Superior Court of the State of California,
in and for the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Franc~ co at a regular meeting held on the
19th day of February, 1962, by the following vote:
