A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO GRANTING A HAULING
PERMIT TO ARTHUR HASKINS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the application of Arthur Haskins to haul fill over Spruce Avenue and E1Camino Real
to the new Holiday Hotel site on Airport Boulevard havin~ been received, and the
Director of Public Works havin~ recommended that said permit be issued, a permit is-
sue to Arthur Haskins to haul said fill material over the Spruce Avenue and E1Camino
Real to said site with the proviso that said haulin~ be done in accordance with Ordi-
nance No. 260 and in particular a bond in the sum of Two Thousand Dollars($2,000.O0)
be posted to indemnify City as required by said ordinance.
