HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 3401-1962372 RESOLUTION NO. 3401 A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES AND MODI- FICATIONS -- PERSON AND SWANSON INDUSTRIAL TRACT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that the public interest, convenience and necessity require and that it is the inten- tion of this Council to make changes and modifications in the work to be done pursuant to Resolution No. 2771, A Resolution of Intention to Acquire and Construct Improve- ments, Person and Swanson Industrial Tract, adopted by this Council on April 6, 1959, as modified, by amendin~ paragraph 7 of said Resolution of Intention, as modified, by striking the words "~nd standard water mains, hydrants, valves and fittings" in subparagraph (f) thereof and by adding thereto subparagraph (i) to read as follows: "(i) The acquisition of a right of service in a water line together with fire hydrants, valves and fittings to be constructed and owned by others." NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday, the 19th day of March, 1962, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. in the regular meeting place of said Council, Council Cham- bers, City Hall, South San Francisco, California, are hereby fixed as the time and place when and~where said Council will consider the matter of making said changes and modifications and hearing all persons interested therein. The City Clerk of said City shall cause a copy of this resolution to be published once in the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general circulation published in said City and the paper in which the Notice of Improvement under said Resolution of Intention was published, said pubIication to be at least ten days before said day of hearing. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 5th day of March, 1962, by the followin~ vote: Ayes, Councilmen Noe s, Absent, G.
