A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3211, A RESOLUTION
OF INTENTION TO ACQUIRE AND CONSTRUCT IMPROVEMENTS --
WILLOW AVENUE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, Califor-
nia, that Section 1 of Resolution No. 3211, A Resolution of Intention to Acquire and
Construct Improvements, adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francis-
co on June 19, 1961, be, and it is hereby, amended to read as follows:
"1. (a) The improvin~ of Willow Avenue from Grand Avenue to Dolores
Avenue by ~radin~, removin~ trees, bushes and existin~ structures within
the right of way that would interfere with the proposed improvements, con-
structin~ base pavement and wearin~ surface, constructin~ standard curb,
~utter and sidewalks, includin~ driveway aprons, and installin~ street
signs.
(b) The construction of sanitary sewer mains, wye branches,
cleanouts and manholes and appurtenances in Willow Avenue from Miller
Avenue northeasterly about 950 feet.
(c) The acquisition of all easements and the construction of all
improvements auxiliary to any of the above and necessary to complete the
same .
I hereby certify that the fore~oln6 resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held this 5th
day of March, 1962, by the followin~ vote:
