LOWR IE-BOTHIN-SWANS ON PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, Califor-
nia, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 3400 of this Council orderiu¢ same,
adopted on March 5, 1962, notice has been duly given of the intention of this Coun-
cil to change and modify the proceedinCs under Resolution of Intention No. 3106
adopted on November 7, 1960; and
WHEREAS, no persons interested appeared or filed written protests against
said proceedings or any part thereof and all persons desiring to be heard were given
an opportunity to be heard, and all matters and thinCs pertaining to said changes
and modifications were fully heard and considered by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that:
1. All protests and objections be, and they are hereby, overruled.
2. The changes and modifications in the proceedings under said Resolution
of Intention be made and had, all as more particularly described and set forth in
said Resolution No. 3400 adopted March 5, 1962.
