A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
PERSON AND SWANSON INDUSTRIAL TRACT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, Califor-
nia, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 3401 of this Council orderin~ same,
adopted on March 5, 1962, notice has been duly given of the intention of this Coun-
cil to chan~e and modify the proceedings under Resolution of Intention No. 2771
adopted on April 6, 1959, as amended; and
WHEREAS, no persons interested appeared or filed written protests a~ainst
said proceedings or any part thereof and all persons desiring to be heard were ~iven
an apportunity to be heard, and all matters and thin~s pertainin~ to said chan~es
and modifications were fully heard and considered by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that:
1. All protests and objections be, and they are hereby, overruled.
2. The changes and modifications in the proceedings under said Resolution
of Intention be made and had, all as more particularly described and set forth in
said Resolution No. 3401 adopted March 5, 1962.
