Jq£J DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT PERSON AND SWANSON INDUSTRIAL TRA~T RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with the City Clerk of said City all pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2771 adopted by the City Council of said City on April 6, 1959, as amended, and the provisions of the Municipal Improve- ment Act of 1913, and said assessment was confirmed by said Council on June 20, 1960 and recorded in the office of the Superintendent of Streets of said City; and WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there are unpaid assess- ments against which bonds have been issued under the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, have been divided so that they no longer conform to the original parcel boundaries as shown on said assessment; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that 1. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment and diagram of the lot and parcel so divided, said par- cel being designated Assessment Number 59. 2. That the unpaid installments of said original assessments shall be segre- gated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits to the several parts of the orig- inal lot or parcel and the total amount of the assessment of the several portions of the ori~inal lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assessments upon said original lot or parcel of land. 380 RESOLUTION NO. 3413: (Continued) 3. That Monday, the 7th day of May, 1962 at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M., at the Council Chambers, City Hall, South San Francisco, California, be, and the same are hereby, fixed as the time and place for heariny said amended assessment before said Council. 4. That the City Clerk of said City shall advertise the time and place of such hearin~ before the Council by publishin~ a notice of said amended assessment twice in the South San Francisco Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of ~eneral circula- tion published and circulated in said City, the first publication bein~ not less than fifteen days before said hearing. I hereby certify that the fore~oin~ resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a reyular meetin~ held this 2nd day of April, 1962, by the followin~ vote: Ayes, Councilmen Noes, Absent, · G.
