A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PREVAILING WAGE
SCALE -- SPRUCE AVENUE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, Califor-
nia, that
WY~REAS, the City Council of said City has ascertained the ~eneral prevail-
in~ rate of per diem wa~es in the locality in which public work is proposed to be
performed for work of a similar character to that described in Resolution of Inten-
tion No. 3357 adopted January 2, 1962;
WHEREAS, said rate of per diem wa_~es is set forth and contained in the
specifications for said project, copies of which are on file in the office of the
Director of Public Works and also in the office of the City Clerk of said City; and
WHEREAS, this Council has duly considered said scale and finds the same to
be correct in all particulars~
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED, as follows:
1. That said wa~e scale as set forth in said specifications is hereby es-
tablished and adopted as the prevailin~ rate of per diem wa~es for work of a similar
character to that above described in the locality in which such public work is pro-
posed to be performed.
2. That not less than said prevailin~ rate of per diem wa~es shall be paid
for any work proposed to be performed under said Resolution of Intention.

was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~
held this 2nd day of April, 1962, by the followin~ vote:
