A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH PROPERTY OWNERS ON ALTA VISTA DRIVE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
execution of that certain a~reement dated the day of , 19 , between
the City of South San Francisco and several property owners on Alta Vista Drive for
the improvement of Alta Vista Drive is hereby authorized, and the Mayor is authorized
to execute said a~reement on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk attests his sig-
nature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoin~ resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held on the
2nd day of April, 1962, by the followin~ vote:
