A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO GRANTING A
GRADING PERMIT TO THOMAS L. BOCCI JR.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the Director of Public Works havin~ filed a report of his recommendations on the ap-
plication of Thomas L. Bocci Jr. for a ~radin~ permit, the City Council hereby auth-
orizes the City Clerk to issue to Thomas L. Bocci Jr. a temporary ~radin~ permit to
~rade the property described as "portion of property shown as Parcel 1 Block 070 on
Assessor's Map No. 12 South San Francisco, and as shown on map titled "South San
Francisco Subdivision Study Map (Bennett)" prepared by Wilsey, Ham & Blair dated Jan-
uary 1961", and that said permit shall expire on April 16, 1962, unless applicant files
complete ~radin~ plans as required by the Director of Public Works. Said permit shall
contain provisions indemnifyin~ and holdin~ the City, its elective officials, officers
and employees harmless from claims and further requirin~ conduction of the ~radin~ work
in a manner that wiI1 not injure the property in the vicinity of the land to be ~raded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall collect the cost of defray-
in~ the expense of the examination and the report by the Director of Public Works in
the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) prior to issuin~ the permit, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Public Works shall ascertain by
inspection that said ~radin~ is performed in accordance with the permit and upon its
completion, shall file with the City Clerk a report statin~ the results of said in-
spection and certifyin~ that the ~radin~ has been performed in accordance with the
permit.

regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held on the
2nd day of April, 1962, by the followin~ vote:
