A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO GRANTING A
HAULING PERMIT TO ARTHUR HASKINS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the application of Arthur Haskins to haul fill over Linden Avenue to Airport Boule-
vard and over Airport Boulevard to the produce area site havIn~ been received, and
the Director of Public Works havin~ recommended that said permit be issued, a permit
issue to Arthur Haskins to haul said fill material over Linden Avenue to Airport Boule-
vard and over Airport Boulevard to the produce area site with the proviso that said
haulin~ be done in accordance with Ordinance No. 260 and the bond therein provided in
the su~ of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) be posted to indemnify City as required
by said ordinance.
I hereby certify that the fore~oin~ resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held on the
2nd day of April, 1962, by the followin~ vote:
