WILLOW STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, Califor-
nia, that
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the project under Resolution of Intention
No. 3211 adopted by the City Council of said City, ou June 19, 1961, as amended, was
$4?,798.08, including City contributions, and followin~ the opening of bids therefor,
said estimate may be reduced to $43,870.?8, including ~ity contributions.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Engineer of Work reduce each
of said assessments by a pro rata share of the amount of difference between said es-
timates, which change may either be made on the face of the assessment or by filing
an amendment thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this
16th day of April, 1962, by the following vote:
