A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT
WITH UNITED STATES OF AMERICA FOR SEWAGE SERVICE TO
CAPE ESPERANCE HOUSING PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the execution of Contract No. NBy (U) - 41902 between City and UNITED STATES OF
AMERICA for sewage service to Cape Esperance Housin~ Project is hereby authorized,
and the Mayor is authorized to si~n said a~reement on behalf of the City of South
San Francisco, and the City Clerk attests his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the fore~oin~ resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held on the
16th day of April, 1962, by the followin~ vote:
