7:17 p.m.
RECONVENED: Chairman Haffey reconvened the meeting at
9:00 p.m., all Agency Members present.

3. Closed Session for the purpose of The Agency adjourned to a Closed Session
the discussion of personnel at 9:00 p.m. to discuss the items
matters, labor relations, noticed, and Chairman Haffey left the
property negotiations and meeting.
