RESOLUTION NO. 3433
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO CORRECTING CERTAIN
CLERICAL ERRORS IN SEWER RENTAL CHARGES
WHEREAS, certain clerical errors have appeared with respect to sewer
rental char~es and the City Council desires to approve the City Clerk's correction
of said errors, makin~ a refund of overcharges made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the City Clerk havinq determined overcharges made a~ainst the
followin~ parties in the sum indicated to authorized to refund to said parties the
sums listed below:
