A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT WITH UTAH CONSTRUCTION AND MINING
COMPANY FOR THE PURCHASE OF A FIRE STATION SITE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the a~reement dated April 16, 1962, between the City of South San Francisco and Utah
Construction and Minin~ Company, wherein City purchases real property for a fire sta-
tion site, be approved, and execution thereof on behalf of the City be made by the
Mayor of the City of South San Francisco, and the City Clerk attests his signature
thereto.
I hereby certify that the fore~oin~ resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held on the
16th day of April, 1962, by the followiu~ vote:
