A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREE-
MENT WITH LOWRIE PAVING COMPANY AND UTAH CONSTRUCTION
AND MINING COMPANY -- INDUSTRIAL PARK 2-C, ZONE I
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the a~reement between City, Lowrie Pavin~ Company and Utah Construction and Minin~
Company with respect to the sewer line between Manhole #1 and Manhole #2 in Indus-
trial Park Unit 2-C Zone I be executed, and the Mayor is authorized to si~n said
a~reement on behalf of the City of South San Francisco, and the City Clerk attests
his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the fore~oin~ resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ heId on the
16th day of April, 1962, by the followinq vote:
