RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRAND DEED TO CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO - CAMARITAS AVENUE, UNDERLYING FEE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Grant Deed, dated the 10th day
of January, 1962, whereby Harry H. Hilp, also known as H. H. Hilp, and John F. Barrett,
Jr., Richard H. Barrett, Mary Elise Barrett Heagerty and Margaret Barrett O'Neill,
give and grant to said City of South San Francisco the real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed
to cause said Grant Deed, together with a certified copy of this Resolution, to be
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the
16th day of April, 1962, by the following vote:
