A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO COMMENDING CHIEF ALEX J. WELTE FOR HIS
SERVICES TO THE CITY AND AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE TO HIM
OF A CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION
WHEREAS, faithful and capable employees enable municipal and other govern-
mental agencies to serve the .public well, and
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, has been
fortunate in having the faithful and capable services of Alex J. Welte, and
WHEREAS, his devotion to duty and the quality of his services have been of
great benefit to the City and its residents, and because of this the City desires to
commend him and issue to him a Certificate of Recognition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of South San Francisco does
hereby commend Chief Alex J. Welte for his faithful and capable services to the City
of South San Francisco and issue to him a Certificate of Recognition.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco ab a regular meeting held on the
16th day of April, 1962, by the following vote:
