A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS
SPRUCE AVENUE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California,
that
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the project under Resolution of Intention No.
3357 adopted by the City Council of said City, on January 2, 1962, was $538,152.90,
includin~ City contributions, and followin~ the openin~ of bids therefor, said esti-
mate may be reduced to $477,996.90, includin~ City contributions.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Director of Public Works file
an amended report deletin~ assessment parcels 3 and 28 and reduce each of said remain-
iug assessments by a pro rata share of the amount of difference between said estimates,
which change may either be made on the face of the assessment or by filing an amendment
thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this
7th day of May, 1962, by the following vote:
