A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING COLLECTION OFFICER
SPRUCE AVENUE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California,
that the City Treasurer of said City be, and he is hereby, appointed as the person to
whom payment of assessments shall be made under Resolution of Intention No. 3357 adopted
by the Council on January 2, 1962, and that his office in the City Hall, South San Fran-
cisco, California, is hereby designated as the place at which the said payments will be
made, and the Superintendent of Streets is hereby relieved of all responsibility in con-
nection with collecting said assessments.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 7th
day of May, 1962, by the following vote:
