RESOLUTION NO. 3449
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED TO THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO FROM JOHN BENETTI, FRED
BENETTI AND BART TUCCORI - SPRUCE AVENUE IM-
PROVEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that it
does hereby accept-that certain deed in favor of the city dated ApriI 30th, 1962, and
executed by John Benetti, Fred Benetti and Bart Tuccori, and the right, title and inter-
est therein described and conveyed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to
cause said Grant Deed, tbgether with a certified copy of this Resolution, to be recorded
in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the
7th day of May, 1962, by the followin~ vote:
