A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A GRANT DEED
FROM THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO TO THOMAS L. BOCCI
JR., RICHARD BOCCI AND EMILIO CORTESI, AND ACCEPTING
THE GRANT DEED FROM THOMAS L. BOCCI, JR., RICHARD BOCCI
AND EMILIO CORTESI TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the execution and acknowledgement of that Grant Deed dated the day of
1962, wherein the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, ~rauts to Thomas
L. Bocci Jr., Richard Bocci and Emilio Cortesi certain properties therein described, is
hereby authorized, and the Mayor of said City is authorized to execute said Deed on be-
half of the City, and the City Clerk attests his signature thereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco does hereby accept that certain Deed in favor of the City dated the day of
1962, and executed by Thomas L. Bocci Jr., Richard Bocci and Emilio Cor-
tesi, and the right, title and interest therein described and conveyed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to
cause said Grant Deed to~ether with a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
