A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A GRANT DEED TO UTAH
CONSTRUCTION AND MINING COMPANY, AND ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
FROM UTAH CONSTRUCTION AND MINING COMPANY TO THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO -- SPRUCE AVENUE IMPROVEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the execution and acknowledgment of that Grant Deed dated the 7th day of May, 1962,
in which the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, grants to Utah
Construction and Minin~ Company, a Delaware corporation, certain properties therein
described, is hereby authorized, and the Mayor of said City is authorized to execute
said Deed on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk attests his signature thereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of South San Francisco does hereby ac-
cept that certain Grant Deed in favor of the City dated the 24th day of April, 1962,
and executed by Utah Construction and Minin~ Company, a Delaware corporation, and the
right, title and interest therein described and conveyed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed
to cause said Grant Deed, to~ether with certified copy of this Resolution, to be re-
corded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held on the
7th day of May, 1962, by the following vote:
