A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A GRANT DEED IN FAVOR
OF COLONIAL BAKERIES, INC., AND ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FROM
COLONIAL BAKERIES, INC. -- SPRUCE AVENUE IMPROVEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the execution of that Grant Deed dated the 7th day of May, 1962, wherein the City of
South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, ~rants to Colonial Bakeries, Inc. cer-
tain properties therein described, is hereby authorized, and the Mayor of the City
is hereby authorized to execute said Deed on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk
attests his signature thereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco that it does hereby accept that certain Deed in favor of the City dated the
23rd day of April, 1962, and executed by Colonial Bakeries, Inc. and the right, title
and interest therein described aud conveyed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed
to cause said Grant Deed, to~ether with a certified copy of this Resolution, to be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
