RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT OF PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT TO
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO FROM MARY E. ESCHELBACH
-- SPRUCE AVENUE IMPROVEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
it does hereby accept that ce rain deed in favor of the city dated May 1st, 1962, and
executed by Mary E. Eschelbach, and the right, title and interest therein described
and conveyed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to
cause said Grant Deed, together with a certified copy of this Resolution, to be re-
corded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Marco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held on the
7th day of May, 1962, by the following vote:
