RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT OF PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT TO
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO FROM JACK M. & HELEN D.
JONES, AND GUIDO A. & LENA GUASPARI -- SPRUCE AVENUE
IMPR 0VEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
it does hereby accept that certain deed in favor of the city dated April 18, 1962,
and executed by Jack M. & Helen D. Jones, and Guido A. & Lena Guaspari, and the right,
title and interest therein described and conveyed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed
to cause said Grant Deed, together with a certified copy of this Resolution, to be
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the
7th day of May, 1962, by the following vote:
