A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY - SPRUCE AVENUE CROSSING NO. EM-12.5
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the execution of that said a~reement dated the 7th day of May, 1962, by and between
the Southern Pacific Company and the City of South San Francisco, and the duplicate
counterpart thereof, providing for the installation of crossin~ signals at the Spruce
Avenue crossin~ No. EM-12.5, Tanforan, San Marco County, California bein~ the same is
hereby authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of South San Francisco is
authorized to execute said a~reemeut and the duplicate counterpart thereof for and on
behalf of the City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk attests his signature
thereto.
