RESOLUTION NO. 3460
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING REVOCABLE PERMIT
FROM SAN FRANCISCO WATER DEPARTMENT
SPRUCE AVENUE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, Califor-
WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council a form of Revocable Permit
issued by the San Francisco Water Department to this City to occupy and utilize cer-
tain property for the purpose of slope areas and drainage facilities in connection
with the improvement of Spruce Avenue;
WHEREAS, this Council has fully considered said Permit and being fully ad-
vised in the premises:
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED, as follows:
1. Said Revocable Permit be, and the same is hereby, approved.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and di-
rected to sign and attest, respectively, said Permit on behalf of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 7th
day of May, 1962, by the following vote:
