A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH COOPER AND CLARK - SOIL ENGINEER-
ING SERVICES - SPRUCE AVENUE IMPROVEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the execution of that said a~reement dated the 7th day of May , 1962, by the
City of South San Fraucisco and Cooper and Clark, consultin~ eu~ineers for soil en-
~ineerin~ services in the Spruce Aveuue improvement project bein~ the same is hereby
authorized, and the Mayor of the City of South San Francisco is authorized to execute
said a~reement on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the fore~oin~ resolution was
regularly iutroduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held on the
7th day of May, 1962, by the followin~ vote:
