A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES,
DIVISION OF FORESTRY, FOR MUTUAL FIRE PROTECTION AID
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the execution of that certain agreement made the 7th day of May, 1962, by and between
the City of South San Francisco and the State of California, Department of Natural
Resources, Division of Forestry, for mutual fire protection aid is hereby authorized,
and the Mayor is authorized to execute said a~reement on behalf of the City, and the
City Clerk attests his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoin~ resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held on the
7th day of May, 1962, by the following vote:
