A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3433
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
Resolut~on No. 3433 is hereby amended to provide the refund therein ordered made to
Pacific Coast A~re~ates be made instead to South City Lumber Company; Pacific Coast
A~re~ates havin~ been erroneously named as the party entitled to the refund.
