A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO ORDERING THE FILING OF AN AMENDED ASSESS-
MENT -- PONDEROSA ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of land to wit: as described in "Exhibit A", at-
tached hereto and hereby incorporated herein and made a part hereof, upon which there
is an unpaid assessment a~ainst which bonds have been issued and which has been sub-
divided and which the City Council, on application of the owner, desires to segregate
and apportion unpaid installments of the ori~inal assessment in accordance with the
benefits to the several parts of the ori~inal parcel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the Director of Public Works, ex-officio Superintendent of Streets,
shall file with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment of the lot or parcel
of land described to wit: as described in "Exhibit A", attached hereto and hereby in-
corporated herein and made a part hereof, includin~ map or plot plan showin~ how such
lot or parcel has been divided, make said amended assessment so that the total amount
of the assessment of the several portions of said lot or parcel shall be equal to the
unpaid assessment upon the ori~iual lot or parcel.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon filin~ of said report and amended assessment,
the City Clerk shall fix a time and place for hearin~ upon the amended assessment and
shall ~ive notice of the hearin~ by publication, said time and notice shall conform to
the requirements of Section 8732 of the Streets and Highway Code of the State of Cali-
fornia.

regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this
