A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO GRANTING A HAULING PERMIT TO BOB FONTANA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
a permit to haul excavated earth be issued to B. Fontana & Sons, Inc. upon his filin~
in the office of the City Clerk a bond in the sum of Two Thousand and no/100($2,000.60)
to indemnify City for any damage which he may do to sidewalks or pavements or sewers,
and said bond shall also provide for indemnifying the City for cost of removing from
sidewalks or pavements all earth or material as amy have fallen or spilled from his
trucks and such bond shall inure to the benefit of the City and shall give City the
right or action thereon in the event he fails to remove the earth or material from the
sidewalks or pavements or repair any sidewalks or pavements or sewers damaged in con-
ducting said haullng operation.
I hereby certify that the foregOing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the
7th day of May, 1962, by the following vote:
