RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRAN-
CISCO AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO DEMOLISH AND REMOVE THE
FIRE STATION STRUCTURE FROM THE A. C. FREEMAN PROPERTY OR
OTHERWISE DISPOSE OF IT FOR THE CITY'S BENEFIT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to demolish and remove the structure
formerly used as a fire station on East Grand Avenue, from the property of A. C. Free-
man on or before May 31, 1962; or otherwise dispose of said structure for the City's
benefit, and in a manner to prevent incurrin~ of any further obli~atlons or liabili-
ties on the part of the City; provided that should said structure be sold, the terms
shall include the undertakin~ that said structure is purchased "as is", and no repre-
sentation shall be made as to the soundness of its condition or suitability for use.
I hereby certify that the fore~oin~ resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held on the
7th day of May, 1962, by the followin~ vote:
