RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED TO THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO FROM LEO FERKO AND FRANCES FERKO, HIS
WIFE - - SPRUCE AVENUE IMPROVEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
it does hereby accept that certain deed in favor of the city dated May 10, 1962, and
executed by Leo Ferko and Frances Ferko, his wife, and the right, title and interest
thereiu described aud couveyed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed
to cause said Grant Deed, together with a certified copy of this Resolution, to be
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the
21st day of May, 1962, by the followiug vote:
