A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO CONFIRMING AN AMENDED ASSESS-
MENT -- PONDEROSA ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco has heretofore
ordered the filin~ of an amended assessment and pursuant thereto the Director of Public
Works, ex-officio Superintendent of Streets, has filed with the City Clerk Report and
Amended Assessment of a lot or parcel of land pursuant to Resolution No. 3468 dated the
7th day of May, 1962, which report is attached hereto as "Exhibit A" and includes the
map or plot plan showin~ how said lot or parcel has been divided and the amended assess-
ment so that the total amount of the assessments of the several portions of said lot or
parcel are equal to the unpaid assessment upon the ori~inal lot or parcel, and,
WHEREAS, notice has been duly ~iven and hearin~ held as required by law and
the City Council upon said hearin~ held on the 4th day of June, 1962, has determined that
no objections have been filed and ~ood cause exists for the makin~ of said amended assess-
ment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the amended assessment of the Ponderosa Road Improvement Project, as set
forth in the Report of the Director of Public Works, ex-officio Superintendent of Streets,
attached hereto, and the same is hereby confirmed and the City Clerk shall take the re-
quired action to have entered upon the assessment roll the installments becomin~ due on
each component part of the ori~inal parcel opposite a description of the respective par-
cels so assessed.

City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held this
4th day of June, 1962, by the followin~ vote:
