A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THREE DEEDS FROM UTAH CONSTRUCTION
8. MINING COMPANY, A CORPORATION - LITTLEFIELD-KIMBALL
AVENUE PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City shall, and here-
hy does, accept the following deeds from Utah Construction & Mining Company, a corporation:
1. Quitclaim Deed as to Parcel No. 7C, dated March 19, 1962, with map attached thereto;
2. Quitclaim Deed as to Parcel 8A, dated March 19, 1962, with map attached thereto;
3. Grant Deed as to Parcel 6B, dated March 1, 1962, with map attached thereto
and that the City Clerk be, and he is, hereby directed to cause said deeds, together with a certified copy
of this resolution, to he recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer is authorized and hereby directed to draw his
warrant, payable to UTAH CONSTRUCTION & MINING COMPANY, a corporation, in the sum of Two Thousand Eight
Hundred Twenty-six and 60/100 Dollars ($2,826.60) in payment for the Grant Deed as to Parcel 6B aforesaid,
and deliver said warrant to the attorneys of record, Wilson, Harzfeld, Jones & Morton, 630 North San Mateo
Drive, San Mateo, California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted hy the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held this 2nd day of July, 1962, hy the following vote:
