A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE OF IMPROVE-
MENT BONDS -- WILLOW AVENUE IMPROVF~ENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that
1. The City Clerk of said City be, and he is hereby, directed to call for bids for the sale
of improvement honda to he issued pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3211 adopted hy this Council
on June 19, 1961, as amended. Said notice in form to he prepared hy Wilson, Harzfeld, Jones & Morton,
shall he given hy the Clerk causing copies thereof to he mailed to the various hanks and bond houses in-
terested in the purchase of such honda at least ten days before the date of sale, which shall be August
6, 1962 at 8:00 o'clock P.M.
2. The City will furnish the legal opinion of the law firm of Wilson, Harzfeld, Jones &
Morton, San Mateo, California, unqualifiedly approving the legality of the proceedings and the issuance
of said honda.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted hy the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held this 2nd day of July, 1962, hy the following vote:
