RESOLUTION NO. 3496
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR TH£ PURCHASE BY THE
CITY OF THE STATE'S TITLE TO CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN SAID CITY AS PRO-
VID£D BY DIVISION I, PART 6, CHAPTER 8, ARTICLE 1 AND 2 OF THE
REVENUE AND TAXATION CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the execution of
that certain agreement entered into between the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo and
the City of South San Francisco, wherein the City for and in consideration of the sum of ONE and 50/100
DOLLARS ($1.50) shall obtain the transfer of the real property therein described, is hereby authorized
and approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of South San Francisco is authorized to
execute said agreement for the City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk attests his signature
thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted hy the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 2nd day of July, 1962, hy the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Leo J. Ryan, Patrick E. Ahern, Emilio Cortesi,and Andrew Rocca
