A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENTS WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND
THE PENINSULA HUMANE SOCIETY FOR ANIMAL CATCHER AND ANIMAL SHELTER
SERVICES IN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that execution of the
following agreements for animal catcher and animal shelter services in the City of South San Francisco
be approved and same be executed by the Mayor of the City of South San Francisco on behalf of said
City and the City Clerk is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City:
1. that agreement between the COUNTY OF SAN N~TEO, a political subdivision of the State of
California, and the CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, a general law city, providing for services from
July 1, 1962 to June 30, 1963, and
2. that agreement between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, a political subdivision of the State of
California, the CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, a general law city, and the PENINSULA HUMANE SOCIETY,
a California corporation, wherein it is provided that services shall commence on July 1, 1962, and
end on June 30, 1963.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted hy the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held this 2nd day of July, 1962, hy the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Leo J. Ryan, Patrick E. Ahern, Emilio Cortesi, and Andrew Rocca
