A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN INDENTURE FOR THE
SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY - EVERGREEN S~ORM DRAIN EASEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the execution of
that certain indenture made the day of , 1962, between the Southern Pacific Company, a
corporation of the State of Delaware, and the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, is
hereby authorized, and the drainage easement therein contained is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of South San Francisco is authorized to
execute said indenture on behalf of the City of South San Francisco and City Clerk attests his signa-
ture thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted hy the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 2nd day of July, 1962, hy the following vote:
