RESOLUTION NO, 3504
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECU-
TION OF AN AGREEMENT - BRENTWOOD PARKING LOT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the agreement dated
the 2nd day of July, 1962, between the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, and Brentwood
Market Co. and Associated Realty Co. and Brentwood Company, a co-partnership, is hereby approved and the
execution of same is hereby authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to exec ute said agreement on behalf of
the City and the City Clerk attests his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 2nd day of July, 1962, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Leo J. Ryan, Patrick E. Ahern, Emilio Cortesi, and Andrew Rocca
Noes, " None
Absent, " G.J. Rozzt
