RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED TO THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO FROM UTAH CON-
STRUCTION & MINING COMPANY (FIRE
STATION SITE)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
it does hereby accept that certain deed in favor of the city dated May 3, 1962, and
executed by Utah Construction & Minin~ Company, and the right, title and interest
therein described and conveyed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed
to cause said Grant Deed, to~ether with a certified copy of this Resolution, to be
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the
2nd day of July, 1962, by the following vote:

Absent,
Leo J. Ryan, Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio Cortesi,
and Andrew Rocca
