A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRAN-
CISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH CROCKER-
ANGLO NATIONAL BANK AS TRUSTEE OF HEALY TIBBITTS CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY PROFIT-SHARING PLAN - MARINA DIKE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the execution of that agreement between the City of South San Francisco and Crocker-
Anglo National Bank as Trustee of Healy Tibbitts Construction Company Profit-Sharing
Plan is hereby authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to execute said agreement
on behalf of the City and the City Clerk attests his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the
2nd day of July, 1962, by the following vote:

and Andrew Rocca.
