A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
WILLOW AVENUE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California,
that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3211, adopted by said Council
on June 19, 1961, as amended, and its Resolution callin~ for bids on the sale of bonds
pursuant thereto, adopted on July 2, 1962, notice of said sale has been duly ~iven;
WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixed therein for receivin~ bids for the
purchase of said bonds, and said bids have been received and publicly opened, examined
and declared by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That all written bids received for the purchase of said bonds, exceptin~
the bid herein stated, be, and they are hereby, rejected, and that said bonds be, and
they are hereby, ordered sold to J. B. HANAUER & CO. as the highest responsibIe bidder
therefor, said sale to be subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the
Notice of Sale of said bonds and in said accepted bid.
2. That the Treasurer be, and he is hereby, directed to have said bonds
printed forthwith, and that the same be immediately si~ned, sealed and delivered to
said bidder on receipt of the amount therefor and upon the performance of the condi-
tions contained in said written offer.
3. That the interest rate of said bonds be, and the same is hereby, fixed
at the rate stated in said bid.

regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held this
6th day of August, 1962, by the folIowin~ vote:
